JIFFY CORN CASSEROLE




JIFFY CORN CASSEROLE
1 (8 oz.) can cream corn
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Let's Do it !
Drain whole kernel corn.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish for 40 minutes.
